Martin Bencher is undergoing a rebranding, in order to adopt the visual brand identity of Maersk, as part of its integration. Martin Bencher will become Maersk, changing its visual identity to Maersk’s, and joining Maersk’s product offering. The Martin Bencher visual branding will cease to exist, and Martin Bencher will adopt Maersk’s visual identity. Its project logistics component is now a part of Maersk Project Logistics. Transitioning to the Maersk brand is a process and is ongoing; the first visual brand changes will be in place as of 10 May 2023. The timeline for the rebranding of physical assets will vary by country, depending on local complexity, number of assets, and so forth.

Through this rebranding, our goal is to offer you our combined experience and capabilities and offer you the best logistical solutions. We believe this will simplify your supply chain planning constraints markedly by offering all your solutions under one roof, where you can access dedicated and specialised products and service.

Martin Bencher’ visual brand identity will be changed to the Maersk visual brand identity

The transitioning process is underway, with the first visual changes expected to be in place as of 10 May 2023. This means that physical entities, such as offices and assets, will now have the visual brand identity of Maersk. The Martin Bencher website will be reformatted and will now lead directly to Maersk.com. Social media channels will be migrated to Maersk social media channels, so customers continue to receive updates and information pertinent to logistics.

Please note that the rebranding does not impact legal entities, and the Martin Bencher legal entities remain unchanged for the time being.

We will inform you of further changes to your account in a timely and open manner. We will handle the transition with the utmost care, to ensure that the impact to you and your company is as minimal as possible.

Throughout the transition, agreed terms and conditions (contracts, payment terms, etc.) will remain the same, and will have no impact on your current agreements and/or contracts.

You will still be able to reach your earlier Martin Bencher representative, at their unchanged Martin Bencher email address, which will continue to be in use for a period of time after the integration. Once their email has changed over to a Maersk.com or lns.maersk.com email, you will receive responses from these instead of their previous Martin Bencher email address.

The rebranding will not affect customer billing.

Rebranding does not impact legal entities and existing customer contracts will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Whilst Maersk visual brand identity will appear, the legal entity will remain unchanged, and its name will still reflect Martin Bencher for some time. You will still use the same billing information and payment accounts as prior to the integration. We will inform you of changes to the legal entity in timely manner so you can adjust your billing information. For now, billing information will continue to state Martin Bencher.

No. In case of future harmonisation of legal entities where a contract transfer is required, we will ensure this is handled seamlessly for you.
